服务面向与地域：本平台由注册于新加坡的本公司运营，面向全球用户提供服务（界面提供中文与英文双语），并非特定面向中国大陆地区用户；本公司不在中国大陆设立经营实体，不在当地开展落地经营、本地化推广或定向获客活动。平台不提供证券经纪、投资咨询、资产管理等需持牌开展的金融服务。用户使用本平台前，应自行确认该使用行为在其所在司法辖区合法（另见第二条第 3 款）。

无代币声明：本公司不存在任何代币产品——不发行、不销售任何形式的代币、积分、支付通证或虚拟资产，不提供任何加密资产相关的订阅或计费方式。企业客户收入即标准 SaaS 软件订阅费（与个人订阅同性质，按订阅期限计费）；全部订阅费用均以新加坡元（SGD）计价，通过第三方支付服务商 Stripe 完成收款。
支付方式说明：支付宝与微信支付为东南亚国家主流支付方式，也是全球受众人群最多的电子支付方式之一，并非特定面向中国大陆用户；本平台全部支付方式（银行卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、支付宝、微信支付）均经 Stripe 统一处理，一律以新加坡元（SGD）计价并结算。
1. 仅为软件与信息工具。本平台仅提供软件功能与基于公开数据的分析信息。平台展示的一切评分、"裁决"、候选名单、估值与文字结论均为算法与 AI 模型自动生成的通用研究信息，对全体订阅用户内容一致，不构成任何投资建议、要约或招揽，不针对任何用户的个人财务状况、投资目标或风险承受能力。
2. 不承诺收益。平台不对任何投资结果作出保证或承诺。金融市场有风险，用户据平台信息作出的一切决策及其后果由用户自行承担。
3. 不代客交易、不触碰客户资金。本公司不是证券经纪商、投资顾问或资产管理机构：平台不代表用户执行任何证券交易，不代客决策、不代客下单；平台不管理、不持有、不接触用户的任何投资资金或证券资产。平台提供的"券商连接"仅为用户连接其本人开立并控制的券商账户的技术通道，一切交易指令均由用户本人主动发起，并由用户的券商在用户自己的账户内执行；模拟盘功能仅使用虚拟资金，不涉及任何真实资产。
4. 数据与可用性。平台数据来自第三方公开数据源，可能存在延迟、缺失或错误；平台按"现状"提供服务，不保证不间断或无差错。对因数据延误、系统中断或第三方服务故障造成的损失，本公司在法律允许的最大范围内不承担责任。
用户与本公司之间是软件服务订阅关系：用户支付订阅费，获得在订阅期内使用平台软件与信息服务的非排他、不可转让的使用权。双方之间不存在委托理财、投资顾问、经纪代理或任何受托管理财产的关系。
平台软件、界面、算法输出的组织与呈现方式的知识产权归本公司所有。用户对其输入的自有数据保留权利。
本公司可对本条款进行修订，修订后将在本页面公示并更新生效日期；重大变更将在站内提示。用户在条款更新后继续使用平台即视为接受修订。用户可随时停止使用并注销账号。
本条款受新加坡法律管辖。因本条款产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交新加坡有管辖权的法院处理。

JB18CM Research Workbench (https://www.jb18cm.ai) is an AI-driven financial data-analysis SaaS platform operated by the Company. It provides subscribers with: aggregation and presentation of public market data for the US, Hong Kong and China A-share markets; algorithm- and AI-generated research information (candidate lists, scores, valuation references, risk notes); research software tools (multi-lens analysis, financial-statement displays, paper trading); and technical connectivity to the user's own brokerage account (see Section 3.3).
Target market and territory: The Platform is operated by the Company from Singapore and serves users globally, with a bilingual Chinese and English interface. It is not specifically directed at users in mainland China; the Company has no operating entity in mainland China and conducts no local operations, localized promotion or targeted customer acquisition there. The Platform does not provide licensed financial services such as brokerage, investment advisory or asset management. Users must confirm that their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction (see also Section 2).
Business-boundary declaration: The Company solemnly declares that it will not: (a) execute securities or other financial-product transactions on behalf of clients (the Platform has no order-placement, trade-execution or brokerage functions); (b) receive, manage or hold any client investment funds (clients pay software subscription fees only, settled to the Company via Stripe); (c) provide personalized investment advice based on any client's financial situation, investment objectives or risk tolerance (all output is standardized model research, identical for every subscriber; the product actively declines personalized-advice requests); or (d) provide asset management, portfolio management or any guaranteed-return service.
Stock screening, strategy backtesting, entry ranges and stop-loss references are standardized software outputs: screening criteria come from fixed model rules, backtests are user-initiated over historical public data, and ranges and risk parameters are statistical descriptions of public market data. None of them is generated for any particular user's personal circumstances, and every output carries a fixed disclaimer ("for research reference only; not investment advice"). This is a pure software/SaaS business involving no licensed regulated financial-services activity.
No-token declaration: The Company has no token product of any kind — it does not issue or sell tokens, credits, payment tokens or virtual assets, and offers no crypto-asset-related subscription or billing. Enterprise-client revenue consists of standard SaaS subscription fees (same nature as individual subscriptions, billed by subscription period); all fees are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and collected via Stripe.
Payment methods note: Alipay and WeChat Pay are mainstream payment methods across Southeast Asia and among the most widely used in the world; they are not specific to mainland-China users. All payment methods on the Platform (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay) are processed by Stripe and priced and settled exclusively in SGD.
Users must register with a genuine email, keep credentials secure and not share accounts; must not scrape, reverse-engineer or resell platform data or output; must comply with the securities and data laws of their own jurisdiction and confirm that use of the Platform is lawful where they are located. Fees, trial rules and payment methods are as published on the Pricing page; payments are processed by Stripe. The Platform may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
Software and information tool only. All scores, "verdicts", candidate lists, valuations and written conclusions displayed by the Platform are general research information automatically generated by algorithms and AI models, identical for all subscribers. They do not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation, and are not tailored to any user's personal financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.
No guaranteed returns. The Platform makes no promise or guarantee of any investment outcome. Financial markets involve risk; all decisions made by users based on Platform information are at their own risk.
No trading on behalf of clients; no custody of client funds. The Company is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or asset manager. The Platform does not execute securities transactions on behalf of users, makes no decisions and places no orders for users, and does not manage, hold or touch any user investment funds or securities. The optional "broker connection" is solely a technical channel to the user's own brokerage account opened and controlled by the user; every order is initiated by the user personally and executed by the user's broker within the user's own account. Paper trading uses virtual funds only.
Data and availability. Data comes from third-party public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or erroneous; the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law the Company is not liable for losses arising from data delays, outages or third-party failures.
The relationship between the user and the Company is a software-subscription relationship: a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform's software and information services during the subscription period. There is no fiduciary, advisory, brokerage or asset-management relationship of any kind.
Platform IP belongs to the Company; users retain rights to their own input data. Terms may be amended with notice on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with disputes submitted to the competent courts of Singapore after good-faith negotiation.
